Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Service

Our platform provides tools to:

• Register and monitor street lamps and related infrastructure.
• Log and manage maintenance and service requests.
• Generate reports and insights for operational efficiency.
• Facilitate communication between public, technicians, and administrators.

2. User Accounts and Access

• Each LGA must assign an account administrator to manage user access.
• Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during account registration.
• Credentials must be kept secure. The organization is responsible for all activities under its account.

3. Authorized Use

• You agree to use the Service only for lawful public infrastructure management purposes.
• You may not resell, lease, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform in any way.

4. Data Ownership and Privacy

• All data inputted or generated by your organization remains your property.
• We may use anonymized and aggregated data for analytics and service improvement.
• We will comply with applicable Sri Lankan data protection laws.

5. Service Availability and Support

• We aim to provide 99.5% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance.
• Support is available via email/support portal during business hours (Sri Lanka Time).

6. Fees and Payments

• The Service may be provided on a subscription or annual licensing basis.
• Payment terms will be defined in your service agreement.
• Non-payment or overdue accounts may result in service suspension.

7. Intellectual Property

The platform, software, and all related materials remain the intellectual property of Digizilon Private Limited.

8. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep all non-public information confidential.

9. Third-Party Services

We may integrate with third-party APIs (e.g., GIS maps, SMS services).

10. Termination

• Either party may terminate the service with 30 days' written notice.
• Data will be made available for export for a period of 30 days.

11. Limitation of Liability

• The platform is provided "as is".
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the past 12 months.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digizilon Private Limited from any claims arising from misuse of the Service.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
• Disputes will be resolved in courts in Colombo.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms and will notify users of changes.
